Our Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us for a full refund, no questions asked.

Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and mailing instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.

If the product is defective, we will send you a return shipping label and refund your order. 

Otherwise, please mail back the product and we will refund your order after receiving your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return item. As such, we recommend that you use a trackable service.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the selected payment method immediately. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please return product in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

We may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, we will notify you.

Our Shipping Policy

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day. 

All items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. You should normally receive your order within 2 to 7 days.

We are currently shipping only within continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

Free shipping is included with every order.
